Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CERAMIC FILM AND CARBON FILM?
A: Two of the best options for tint films are carbon and ceramic films. Carbon film has a dark matte finish that creates a unique look that is markedly different from the usual glossy tints. It provides moderate protection from heat and infrared light, keeping the car interior relatively cool. However, it does not provide the same amount of protection as ceramic film. Ceramic film is considered the highest quality of tint today. It effectively blocks up to 50% of solar heat and up to 99% of UV light. It also does not diminish visibility much and renders windows shatterproof. While it is the most expensive film, the protection it provides both the vehicle and the people in it more than makes up for the steep cost. At Turbo Tints & Tags, we carry both carbon and full ceramic films. We carry a wide variety of quality window tint including Suntek, Llumar, Scorpion and 3M window tint film in addition to a variety of other premium brands to meet the specific needs and budget of every customer.
Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HAVE WINDOWS TINTED?
A: Highly skilled and experienced, our team of technicians can finish a full vehicle tint job in just about 35 minutes. While our team does its magic, customers can relax comfortably or watch television in our spacious waiting room. For commercial and residential jobs, installation time will vary according to the square footage of the space. Whatever the scope of the project, we guarantee fast and efficient services at all times. To get an estimate on cost and installation time, call us at (240) 318-3707.
Q: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

We also offer window tint removal services for as low as $90. Regardless of your budget, we will provide you with excellent service and quality window tint installation.
